These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the winbox2 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and winbox2 ("winbox2", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winbox2.org. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the winbox2 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the winbox2 platform.
1.1 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any persons accessing winbox2 services in any capacity. They should be read alongside the winbox2 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific promotions or game types, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 winbox2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the winbox2 platform. Continued use of the platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the winbox2 platform. This age threshold aligns with international gaming authority standards applicable to casino-style gaming products. winbox2 operates a strict age verification process. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the winbox2 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winbox2 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Malaysian users acknowledge that they are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on winbox2. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 You confirm that you are not accessing the platform as a professional in the gaming or betting industry for research or competitive intelligence purposes without our prior written consent.
3.1 To access winbox2 services, you must complete the registration process via the winbox2 Login page, providing accurate and complete information including a valid email address and username.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). winbox2 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may include additional documentation at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winbox2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify winbox2 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
3.4 winbox2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. winbox2 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winbox2 does not charge processing fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit to access winbox2 platform services is RM 20. Specific game categories or promotional offers may carry different minimum deposit requirements, which will be displayed at the time of the relevant transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. Standard e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing schedules.
4.4 winbox2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where a chargeback dispute has been initiated. We will notify you of any such hold within a reasonable time.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. winbox2 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable law.
5.1 winbox2 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times before withdrawal.
5.3 winbox2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or require the return of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the spirit of the promotional offer.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account claiming — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
6.1 All bets placed on winbox2 are final once confirmed. winbox2 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error on the part of winbox2 can be demonstrated.
6.2 Manifest Errors. winbox2 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes where a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or system processing can be demonstrated. A manifest error is one that is clearly incorrect and would have been obvious to a reasonable person at the time of the transaction.
6.3 winbox2 reserves the right to impose betting limits, restrict wager amounts, or limit access to specific markets or game types for any member at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons.
6.4 Game outcomes on all winbox2 products — including slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by real-world events (in the case of sports betting) respectively. winbox2 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbox2 platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the winbox2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of winbox2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winbox2 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the winbox2 platform without our express written consent.
9.1 The winbox2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winbox2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbox2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
9.3 winbox2's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winbox2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the winbox2 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winbox2 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
winbox2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the platform — including game offerings, payment methods, bonus structures, and these Terms — at any time. Notice of material amendments will be posted on the winbox2 platform. Your continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winbox2 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration authority.
12.2 winbox2's decisions on matters within its platform — including account actions, wager settlements, and bonus determinations — are final and binding, subject to the dispute process described in our FAQ.
